    • HELP! MY ORDER IS LOST/HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED?

      Sadly sometimes there can be delays or parcels can get lost. If you haven’t received your order after 15 days from the shipping date, please email us at contact@millebags.com and we will provide you with the contact details of the local courier. Mille is not accountable for any stolen or missing parcels whilst they are in transit with local delivery couriers.

    • THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS INCORRECT. WHAT CAN I DO?

      On rare occasions mistakes can happen. If there are any issues with your order please email us at contact@millebags.com and our team will assist you within 24 hours.

    • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CAN NOT BE FILLED DUE TO THE ITEM BEING OUT OF STOCK?

      Our items can sell out quickly due to such high demand. Sadly on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative product or to process a full refund.

    • Can I return an item after 30 days?

      Yes, you can return items within 60 days of purchase.

    • HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

      Discount codes can be applied by using the Discount Code box on the cart page or at checkout. Paste the code you have received in the box for your discount to be applied to your order.

    • CAN I USE TWO DISCOUNT CODES?

      Only one discount code can be used per order.

      Most of our handbags are made of real leather (cowhide leather), some handbags are named Vegan as they are made of PU leather.
